Our informal meet-ups give people the chance to meet up in a public place, and talk broadly about family estrangement, its impact and any struggles you might be having. It can be helpful to meet others in the same position, and we give out questions throughout the session to break the ice and keep us thinking.

These sessions provide an understanding environment for people to come and meet some of the Stand Alone staff and other members of the community.
